If something at a class did not feel right, or your child was hurt, you can tell us directly. You do not have to go through the institute first.

A concern about a class, coach or institute on Klass
What Klass does
- We record your report the moment it reaches us.
- We tell the institute, unless you ask us not to. Say so in your report and we keep it between you and Klass.
- We reply to every report. Safety reports come first.
- We never close a safeguarding report on the institute’s word alone.
What the institute must do
Licensed institutes in the UAE have a designated safeguarding lead. You may ask for that person by name, at any time.
What you can expect to hear back
A confirmation that we have your report, and a reply. We reply to every report, and safety reports come first. If the concern is about safety, we will tell you what we have done, what the institute has done, and what happens next. If we cannot share a detail, we will tell you why.

What we do with what you tell us
Your report is kept with the people who need it to act, and no one else. Safeguarding records stay under their own retention rules even if you later ask us to erase your account. Our privacy policy explains what we hold, for how long, and who can see it.
